On the 23rd March 2026 we will be moving to a Total Triage System.
Total Triage helps you get the right care faster by letting you send your request online, so our experienced team of GPs can review it and guide you to the most appropriate help. It reduces phone queues and ensures urgent needs are prioritised. You can still call or walk into the practice, and our team will complete the same triage form with you.
We’ve introduced EMMA, an intelligent phone assistant, to answer your calls instantly.
No more engaged tones. No more waiting on hold. Just tell EMMA what you need – whether it’s an appointment, a prescription query, or something else – and she’ll take care of it.
Our reception team is still here for you. EMMA simply helps us answer every call, every time.
